Stark. The German and Norse word for strong — and this ring earns every letter of it. Wide, domed, and unapologetically bold, the Stark Ring is set with sliced raw uncut diamonds in white and silver resin, finished with pavé champagne diamonds and thick textured 18K gold vermeil that feels like it was forged rather than made.

What Sets Us Apart

  • Our rings are wearable art, each design is inspired by a feeling and intended to evoke one.
  • Sourced in nature, perfected by hand—we use sliced diamonds and precious gemstones in distinctive silhouettes. No two are exactly alike.
  • Luxury you can live in - elegant, enduring, and made to move through all of life's chapters with you.

What is Vermeil?

Vermeil is a luxurious alternative to solid gold—perfect for those looking to elevate their jewelry game without the four-figure investment.

  • 18K Gold Layer: A 3-micron layer of solid 18K gold for lasting radiance
  • Sterling Silver Base: Never brass—only high-quality, hypoallergenic sterling silver beneath
  • Fine Jewelry Feel: Heirloom-worthy quality and weight
  • Ethically Sourced: Always made with love and intention
  • Lasts Longer Than Gold-Plated: Vermeil offers superior durability and richness

It’s jewelry that looks—and lasts—like fine gold, at a fraction of the price.

Jewelry Care

Each Shana Gulati piece is crafted with care—and we hope you’ll treat it with the same love. To preserve its beauty:

  • Keep your jewelry dry and away from moisture when not in use.
  • Gently polish with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to maintain its natural shine.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning pads.
  • For lasting wear, we recommend storing it safely and refraining from bending, dropping, or striking it against hard surfaces.

These designs are delicate by nature—handle them with intention, and they’ll stay with you for years to come.

I didn't know where I was going. I just knew I had to go.

I was just shy of eight when my family moved from India to Jackson Heights, New York. The acceptable paths were Medicine, Engineering, or Law. I chose Law — out of genuine respect for what my parents had sacrificed. But it was never my true path, and somewhere underneath all of it, I always knew that.

In 2012, I stepped away, moved back to India, and gave myself over to figuring out what came next. No design education. No knowledge of jewelry or manufacturing. Just a feeling, a stubbornness, and the belief that sometimes not knowing is exactly where you need to start.
